Ingredients

20 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
2.5 cup, chopped Broccoli, cooked
16 oz Jimmy Dean Regular Sausage
2 serving Kirkland shredded cheddar/Jack Cheese
.5 cup Kirkland Signature Shredded Mozzarella
.25 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
.25 tsp Dill weed, dried
.25 tsp Salt
0.25 tsp Black Pepper (Ground) (by TIARENEE)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Brown Sausage
Crack Eggs into large bowl
add cream, and spices and mix well
add browned sausage, cheeses, and chopped cooked broccoli and mix well
use olive oil spray on muffin tin (I like square ones)
fill tins with about 1/3 cup of the mixture
put in oven and bake for approximatly 20 Minutes.
let cool and remove from tin and then cool on wire rack
I freeze them on the rack and then put them in a zip lock bag when fully frozen.
To reheat microwave on high for 60 seconds, flip over and 30 seconds more.
Serving Size: Makes 24 individual servings
