Introduction

Ingredients

    2 lb ground beef
    0.5 tsp onion powder
    0.5 tsp Garlic powder
    0.5 tsp Salt
    0.25 tsp Pepper, black
    6 Slices Bacon
    4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste
    0.5 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
    12.0 oz Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated and divided

Directions

1- Cook bacon in oven. 2- Brown ground beef with onion and garlic powder. Drain. 3- In medium bowl, whisk together eggs, tomato paste, heavy cream, salt and pepper until well combined. Stir 8 ounces of the grated cheese into egg mixture. 4- Mix your sauce and cooked hamburger together and place mixture into casserole dish. 5- Sprinkle remaining cheese and bacon, chooped, on top. 6- Bake at 350 to 30-35 minutes or until golden brown on top.
