    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2.0 clove Garlic
    4.0 cup Chicken stock, home-prepar
    ed
    2.0 cup Lentils
    3.0 cup Red Pack Whole Peeled Plum Tomatoes
    1.0 tsp Salt
    1.0 dash Pepper, black
    5.0 cup, chopped Kale

Directions

Brown sausage Add onions and garlic. Cook till translucent Add rest of ingredient except kale. Cook 20 min then add kale. Cook till kale soft about 5 min.
