Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup whole grain pastry flour
    1 tbsp sugar
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 egg
    1 cup 1% milk
    2 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Mix together the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, salt). In a separate container beat the egg with milk and olive oil. Combine everything and stir just until blended. Let sit for a minute to thicken up. Scoop 1/8 cup of batter for each pancake.
Makes 12.

    These pancakes were easy to make and taste great. They were not dry like some whole wheat products. Yum. - 7/4/08
