    4 fruit without refuse Mangos
    5 serving Best Choice Non Fat Vanilla Yogurt
    4 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    2 cup, diced (approx 20 pieces p Honeydew Melon
    2 serving Cantelope 1/2 mellon
    1 cup Fair Life Fat Free Milk

Tips

Just cut up and put into blender to blend smooth.
