Ingredients

    1.5 serving Beef - Stew Meat - Cubed - 4 oz raw (by TIGERBABY27)
    2 tbsp Oil (Wesson) Canola oil (by DARRYLE2)
    3 clove Garlic
    2 tsp Onion powder
    .5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers)
    2 tbsp Chili powder
    3 tbsp cumin powder (by DUBON00)
    2 cup Del Monte - Diced Tomatoes w/Garlic & Onion (by MELICHACHA)

Tips

Sometimes I marinate stew meat for a bit before saute on high heat.


Directions

Quickly saute fresh diced garlic in Wesson oil on high in skillet till lightly browned and then add stew meat that has been seasoned with salt, onion powder, chili powder and cumin. Once outside is lightly cooked, put in slow cooker with 2 12 oz cans diced tomato and stir. Put on high and cook 4-5 hours until meat is tender. Can add Tumeric or other spices as desired to meat before quick saute.
