Ingredients

    16 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1 large Onions, raw
    3 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes
    2 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste (by SOCPAGE)
    2 tsp Salt
    .5 tsp ground tumeric (by INSPIREDBYCHJ)
    1 tsp Chili powder
    1.75 cup Canned Goods: Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can)
    .25 cup cilantro (fresh) (by MINDTHEGAP7)
    2 tbsp Canola Oil

Directions

Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes. Mix ginger garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric and salt. Add cubed chicken, mixing well and refrigerate for 1 hour. In a frying pan, fry the onions until translucent (about 10 Min) Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes. Next add coconut milk and cover and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Uncover and add cilantro and tomatoes and cook at least 10 minutes or until desired consistency, stirring occasionally. Serve over basmati rice.
