Introduction

Ingredients

    5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.67 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    .67 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
    1 tsp Salt
    4 tbsp Butter, salted

Directions

Preheat oven to 450. Place butter in 9x13 baking dish and place dish into preheating oven to allow butter to melt.

Whip eggs until light and frothy. Add flour, milk, and salt. Mix until combined. Pour batter into prepared baking dish.

Bake 15-18 minutes.
