2 cups diced tomatos
2 cups diced feta cheese (low fat, if wanted)
3 1/2 tablespoon EVOO(extra virgin olive oil)
optional ingredients:
toasted pita bread or crackers
salt and pepper
chopped parsly
Directions
combine tomatos, feta cheese, chopped parsly (if wanted) and EVOO in a small bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix. Best if served with pita bread or crackers. Eat and Enjoy
