Ingredients

    3.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
    3.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    3.0 serving kirkland precooked bacon
    75.0 gram(s) Cheddar Cheese: Sargento Classic Mild Cheddar Shredded
    1.0 tsp Baking Powder

Directions

Cook bacon. Dice. Whisk three eggs in a bowl. Add half of the cheese and remaining ingredients .They will be very loose, but puff when baked. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop by spoonful onto parchment. Sprinkle with additional cheese. Bake for 8 minutes at 375.
