Ingredients

    1 3/4 cup Beans, black (low sodium) 1 1/2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1/2 cup salsa-pace chunky salsa-medium 1/4 cup, chopped Green Peppers 1/2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1/4 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1/4 cup, diced Celery, raw 2 cloves Garlic 1/2 tsp. Cumin Powder 4 tbsp Daisy Light Sour Cream Garnish with green onions or add some chili powder over sour cream.

Directions

Simmer green bell peppers, carrots, onions, celery, garlic and cumin in water until tender. Add black beans and salsa. Simmer 15 minutes or until heated on low heat. Add a dollop of sour cream to your bowl for garnish and enjoy.
