Ingredients

    2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
    .5 cup Orzo Pasta
    .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2 clove Garlic
    .5 cup Brown Rice, long grain
    2 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth

Directions

melt butter, saute orzo and onion, then add garlic & saute a little longer. Add rice and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, covered for about 20 - 25 minutes until liquid has been absorbed. Let sit for 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork.
