Introduction

    204 grams Swiss Chard
    6 grams Garlic
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    .5 tsp Pepper, black
    1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

Tips

This method works well with any bitter green: chard, spinach, rabe, dandelions, etc.


Directions

Coarsely chop chard. Mince garlic.
Add olive oil to pan. Add minced garlic & chard. Quickly cook until just wilted. Turn off heat. Add pepper to taste & drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
