Ingredients

    1360 gram(s) Potato without skin - boiled/steamed 7 serving Bacon - Pederson's Natural Farms - uncured, no sugar added, hickory smoked - 1 piece (by JESSE828) 16 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, shelf stable 4 tsp Arrowroot Powder (by QMSANDYOHIO) 90 gram(s) red onion 3.25 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 1 cup 3 tsp Purity Farms Organic Ghee / Clarified Butter 1 tsp/5g=1serv 1 tsp Salt (table) (by CYNDYY1) 1 tsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Chili powder

Directions

Cook bacon in a pan. Remove bacon and grease once cooked. Add 1 tbspn ghee and cook diced red onion in it. Add potatoes and broth, bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and then cook until potatoes are tender. In a separate pot combine the almond milk and arrowroot powder. Heat until bubbly. Once potatoes are tender add the bacon and almond milk with arrowroot powder in with the potatoes. Garnish with green onion or more bacon.
