    1/2 cup Oatmeal
    1 cup Water
    1/4 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1 tbsp Maple Syrup
    1/2 medium Banana, sliced
    1 tbsp chopped Pecans


Bring water and salt to a boil. Add the oatmeal and vanilla. Reduce heat to medium and cook 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the cinnamon. Cover and let sit for a few minutes. Add pecans and banana and stir.

Serving Size: makes one bowl
