    150 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
    150 grams Yellow Peppers (bell peppers)
    6.5 serving Onions, yellow, raw 1 oz.
    1.1 serving Bratwurst, beer brat


Tips

I add this to my scrambled eggs or for making an omelet, if you add cheese or the eggs be sure to count them separately.


Directions

Cook and chop up the Bratwurst; then add the chopped up peppers and onions and cook until tender or slightly brown.. I cover them for the first 10 minutes.. low heat.. then brown.
