Ingredients

16 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
2 large eggs
1/2 cup Swerve
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 T vanilla extract
4 wide-mouth pint canning jars and lids
Tips
Allow five hours from beginning to serving.
Directions
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Place 4 wide-mouth pint canning jars into a shallow baking dish. Set aside.
Placed the cream cheese in the bowl of a mixer and beat until softened. In a separate bowl, lightly whisk eggs. Add the sweetener, heavy cream, and vanilla extract. Add a small amount of the egg mixture to the cream cheese. Mix to combine until smooth. Continue adding egg mixture and mixing until all is incorporated and the filling is smooth.
Divide the mixture into the jars. Wipe any spilled filling from the rims or sides of the jars. Add hot tap water to the shallow dish to the level of the mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow jars to cool in the dish. Add lids and refrigerate at least four hours.
To serve, open jar, add toppings, if desired, and enjoy.
