    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Garlic, .50 clove
    Mushrooms, fresh, .25 cup, pieces or slices Onions, raw, 3 tbsp chopped
    Organic Low Sodium Vegetable Broth, 1/4 cup,
    Broccoli, fresh, .25 cup, chopped


beat eggs, set aside
pour 1/2 of vegetable broth into pan and heat
add onions and garlic, cook until tender
add mushrooms and broccoli and the rest of the broth
sautee until tender (about 3 mins)
add eggs
cook & stir/flip until done.
