Ingredients

    4 Pork Chops, bone in
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can diced tomatoes with peppers onion. I prefer Rotel.
    1 cup corn
    1/2 C Salsa
    1 1/2+tsp Oregano, ground
    1/2 tsp Cumin


Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Brown chops in hot skillet with cooking spray, about 2 minutes each side. Remove chops to a casserole.

Add more spray to the skillet and cook peppers and onions until tender. Add all the other ingredients and stir.

Pour this over the chops. Cover the casserole (foil) and bake 45-50 minutes.
