Ingredients

    3 tbsp Gochujang
    10 cup Cabbage, napa (1 head chopped coarsly)
    6 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw chopped coarsly
    4 clove Garlic peeled and chopped.
    4 tsp Kosher Salt

Directions

cut cabbage, sprinkle with salt.let sit for 30 minutes, then rinse.
Combine cabbage paste, green onions, garlic and salt to taste (or no salt) Place in a glass jar leaving about 1" spase at the top.Close tightly and place jar outside on a prch.Leave outside for 3 -4 days.Taste each day until you like the taste and then place in fridge to stop fermenting.
