1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.25 tsp Seasoning, Tony Chachere's, The Original Creole Seasoning (1/4 tsp, 1g) (by SPARKYWATSON)
1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
1 tsp Curry powder
1 serving 1/2 tsp. Cumin Powder (by ANEWAY)

This meal is “vegetarian and vegan friendly “
I added sweet peas afterwards for my taste, you can add any vegetable or whatever you like.
Directions
1 block of tofu(cut into cubes) drain water and put in paper towel to remove remaining water.
Heat pan with oil and sauté onions and bell peppers until brown or to your taste.
Add tofu and remaining ingredients and cook on medium for 5-8 minutes.
