Ingredients

1 lb. 93% Lean Ground Beef
28 oz Hunt's No Salt Added Diced Tomatoes, undrained
10 oz RoTel No Salt Added Tomatoes and Green Chiles, undrained
6 oz Hunt's No Salt Added Tomato Paste, undrained
1 large White Onion, roughly chopped
1 Large Green Pepper, roughly chopped
8 oz Mushrooms, Fresh, White Button, Sliced
6 cloves Garlic, chopped
1 tbsp Oregano
1 tbsp Basil
2 tbsp McCormick Perfect Pinch Italian Seasoning
1 tbsp Pepper, black
2 Bay Leaves
16 oz Barilla Fettucini
Tips
Goes well with steamed broccoli and no salt added corn or green beans.
Toast a few pieces of garlic bread to soak up the sauce.
Directions
In Dutch Oven, brown ground beef. Beef can be seasoned with no salt added garlic powder and black pepper.
Add onion, green pepper, and mushrooms. Saute until onions are translucent.
Add Garlic and cook for 3-45 seconds, do not brown.
Add all canned tomatoes and 1 cup of water (or unsalted beef broth)
Turn heat up to bring to a boil.
Lower heat and add seasonings.
Cover and simmer 2-3 hours, the longer the better.
Bring water to a boil in a large pot, and add pasta.
Don't forget to remove bay leaves before serving.
Cook pasta 8-10 minutes, or until al dente.
Spoon sauce over pasta and enjoy.
