Ingredients

    2 1/4 cups Bob's Red Mill Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (Gluten Free)
    4 tbsp Chia Seeds
    4 tbsp 100% Pure Maple Syrup
    1 tsp organic Vanilla Extract
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    .5 tsp Salt
    2.5 cups Almond Milk, Vanilla
    1.5 cup, unthawed organic Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened)

Tips

You can minimize the sugars by using unsweetened almond milk. However, I find the vanilla adds an extra yummy taste.


Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into air tight containers and let sit at least 12 hours.

Serving Size: 3-5 (depending on how large you fill the jars)
