Ingredients

0.33 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    0.25 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
0.50 tsp McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract
    9 tsp Monkfruit Sweetener Golden
    0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1 cup Natural Pecan Halves, Sam's Club

Tips

Add the sweetened pecans to yogurt and oatmeal. They can also be added to a muffin mix before baking.

Directions

Place a large sheet of foil on the counter. In a small bowl, stir together the monk fruit sweetener, cinnamon, and salt. Mix in the water and vanilla until all of the ingredients are incorporated. Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add 1 cup of pecans and stir frequently, for 2-3 minutes or until fragrant. Reduce the heat to medium, and add the cinnamon mixture. Stir constantly until the pecans are completely coated. Spread the pecan mixture on the foil, and let cool to room temperature until the coating has hardened and turned crunchy, about 5-10 minutes. Store in an airtight container.
