Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    6 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" lon Celery, raw
1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia Cabbage, fresh
    2 tbsp Sesame Oil
5.333 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce
    3 pepper Serrano Peppers
    2 tsp Curry powder
1 tbsp *McCormick ground cumin (by CHGOMOMMA)
    1 tbsp Ginger, ground

Tips

Best served over basmati rice. Yogurt does a lot to tone down the hot spots.

I suggest mildly flavored protein to go with this dish. Also, you can go to 1.5T of curry powder if you want more of that flavor.

1. Keep Serrano seeds for extra oomph.
2. Make your own curry powder so you can manage heat and other flavors.
3. Add sriracha or tabasco to further burn off your tongue

Directions

1. Finely chop celery, cabbage
2. Heat wok, then add oil. Spread it around a bit.
3. Add powdered ingredients. Stir for a minute.
4. Add serrano peppers. Stir (keep your face away from wok!) for a minute.
5. Add soy sauce, give a few stirs
6. Add chopped veggies. Stir to thoroughly coat
7. Cover and stir every minute for three minutes.
8. Uncover and stir continuously for another two minutes.
