Introduction

Fresh & summery salad, great with grilled dinner or for a picnic. Fresh & summery salad, great with grilled dinner or for a picnic.

Ingredients

    1 can Black Beans
    1 med. tomato, diced
    1 jalepeno, diced
    1 Cup dice sweet onion
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    1 lime
    1/2 tsp Cumin
    1/2 Tbs Oregano
    1/2 tsp salt

Directions

Chop garlic fine. Put in mediun bowl with the juice of a line, chopped onion, and chopped jalepeno. Add salt & mix. Add chopped tomato and 1 can of black beans, drained. Mix, chill & serve.
