    1 serving Whey Protein Isolate - Super Advanced Whey Protein (Body Fortress)
    5 tbsp Flax Seed, Cold Milled Golden Flax Seed by Flax USA
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    0.2 cup Lentils
    2 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tbsp Cider Vinegar
    0.2 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt
    0.25 cup Pumpkin Seeds (whole seeds, roasted)
