Ingredients

    1.0 tbsp Olive Oil
    0.75 cup Egg White (Naturegg Simply Egg Whites) Per 1/4 cup (about 2 whites)
    2.0 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
    1.0 tsp Garlic
    0.5 cup Spinach, fresh
    2.0 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) Asparagus, fresh
    0.25 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    0.25 cup, sliced Strawberries, fresh
    0.25 cup Blueberries, fresh
    4.0 grape, seedless Grapes

Directions

Sautee vegetables. Remove from skillet and set aside. Fill skillet with egg whites. Once the egg whites are cooked, place vegetable filling inside of omelet. Fruit cup in a separate bowl.
