Ingredients
-
Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces
Ken's Steak House, Lite Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette Salad Dressing, enough to cover chicken to marinate
Birds Eye Mediterranean Bow Tie Pasta and Asparagus
Directions
Marinate 1 lb of chicken breast strips in Vinaigrette for at least one hour. (I have them in the freezer prepackaged. So I put them in the fridge with the vinaigrette over them as the thaw.)
Leave in chicken in strips or cut into bite size pieces. Put in skillet and cook until done (15 min.)
Add one half package frozen vegetables in to skillet with 1/4 cup of water to the chicken.
Remove on herb pouch and set aside.
Bring water to a full boil over medium heat; cover and cook 8-9 minutes, stirring occasionally until heated through.
Drain and add contents to herb pouch. Stir and serve.
