Ingredients

    0.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2.0 serving TORTILLAS, Flour, MISSION Fajita 6 inch, 32g
    2.0 serving 1 Slice Great Value Pepperjack Cheese

Directions

Saute oniin and mushrooms. Butter fajita tortillas on one side. When veggies are cooked, place a tortilla butter side down in hot skillet. Put a sluce of cheese on the tortilla, then the veggies. Top with another slice of cheese and follow with the other tortilla. Cook until both tortillas are golden brown flipping once during cooking time. Garnish with sour cream and/or salsa.
