Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

1 lb Raw Shrimp, peeled & deveined (Medium or large shrimp)
3 TBL Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce)
2 TBL Brown Sugar (or honey)
3 Cloves Garlic; minced, chopped, or pressed
    1/4 Cup Catsup
1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1-1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
1/2 Cup Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce
    1 tsp Black Pepper
    1 tbsp Lime Juice

Tips

The lime juice will 'cook' and ruin the shrimp if used in the marinade.

Thread vegetables on their own skewers or use a grill pan, as the vegetable will take 10 to 15 minutes to cook vs. 4 for the shrimp.

Directions

• Place peeled and deveined shrimp into a 1 quart freezer bag.
• Whisk next 8 ingredients together until well incorporated.
• Pour just enough sauce into bag with shrimp to marinate. Force air out of bag and seal closed.
• Refrigerate shrimp and let marinate at least an hour (I like to let go all day.)
• Whisk lime juice into sauce.

Preheat grill to medium-high (@400°)

• Thread shrimp onto skewers.
• Grill shrimp for approximately 2 minutes each side. Brush with additional marinade while cooking.
• Pour marinade into a glass measuring cup if microwaving to heat or into a small sauce pan. Heat until lightly bubbling.

Serve with grilled vegetables over rice with the sauce.
