1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1.5 tsp Chili powder
1.0 tsp Cumin seed
0.5 tsp Garlic powder
0.5 tsp Onion powder
0.25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
1.0 tsp Salt
0.25 cup Canola Oil
12.0 fl oz Club soda
1.5 tsp Baking Powder
1.0 cup Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
5.0 serving 5 Whole Wheat Ritz Crackers (1 Serving) or 15 grams
1.0 cup 4C Crumbs Gluten Free Plain
8.0 piece wild caught alaskan pollock fish fillets
Directions
1 inch of oil in pan. The calorie count has only 1/4 c. Oil accounted for the amount the fried fish accumulates..however, you need more than that to fry the fish. You may adjust on the calorie counter more or less as desired. Cut fish 3/4" thick x 4" across. Pan fry 4 minutes turning half way through. Save oil to lightly fry corn tortillas if desired. Warm tortillas in microwave first and lightly fry to a soft crisp.
