Ingredients

    1 can Pink Salmon
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 small egg
    1/2 c. soy flour

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Form 8 patties and cook in skillet sprayed with cooking spray until brown.

Serves 4 (2 patties each)

    Incredible!
    Wow, this works so well with soya flour. I substituted fish sticks and spring onions and added some herbs. I wouldn't be surprised to be served this in a restaurant, thanks for the recipe.
    Cooking time was in the region of 5 minutes, turning once and they are nice on their own or with spring greens
