Introduction

Ingredients

    1.75 cup Beans, great northern
    4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    0.33 tbsp Tahini
    1 clove Garlic
    0.5 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon
    0.25 tsp Salt
    1 dash Pepper, black

Directions

Drain and rinse the beans. Add all ingredients straight to a food processor. If it is too thick, in small amounts add more water instead of extra oil.
