    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    170 grams Broccoli, fresh
    1 cup Mushrooms, Portibella (by E57742)
    170 grams Spinach, fresh
    1 serving celary (by ZANENICOLE)
    .5 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)

Directions

basic chop and stir fry the longest cooking vegies first and keep chopping and adding over a med heat. add a table spoon of water to steam of the food that sticks to the bottom and stir. dash of salt and pepper.
