Ingredients

    20 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
    3 1tsp Olive Oil
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    3 cup Sauce, Barilla Spicy Pepper Pasta Sauce
    1 fl oz Red Wine
    16 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
    3 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded

Tips

Serve with veggies noodles or bread


Directions

Sauté onions and peppers in 1 T olive oil, add to baking dish. Sauté chicken (small pieces) in olive oil until browned, add to dish. Use last olive oil to saute mushrooms and add to dish. Deglaze the pan with the wine, then add pasta sauce. Mix everything together and then top with cheese. Cook at 375 for 45 minutes.
