Introduction

Crepes: 5oz Cream cheese, softened 6 eggs 1 Tsp Vanilla 1 Tbsp Swerve 1 Tsp cinnamon (optional in this one) Filling/Topping 3oz Cream cheese, softened 6-7 strawberries 1 tsp Vanilla 1 Tbsp Swerve 1. Blend all crepe ingredients together. 2. In sauté pan or griddle melt butter. Spoon a thin layer of batter into the pan. 3. Let cook for 2 minutes, flip and cook additional minute. 4. Blend filling ingredients together. 5.     2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    4 serving Stevia, SweetLeaf Stevia Plus Fiber (FOS=475 mg) 1/2 packet
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    7 medium (1-1/4" dia) Strawberries, fresh
