Ingredients

    16 oz Lean Ground Sirloin 10% Fat
    6 clove Garlic
    .1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    .25 tsp Lawry's Taco Seasoning
    6 slice (1 oz) Cheddar Cheese
    .25 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
    0.25 cup, shredded Romaine Lettuce (salad)
    .25 cup Yogurt, Greek gods traditional plain Greek yogurt
    .2 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese

Tips

To crisp the cheese folio, microwave about 45 seconds, bend to taco shape and let cool.


Directions

combine ground sirloin, onions and garlic in skillet. Brown, drain fat.
Build tacos with cheese folio filled with ground beef, Greek yogurt, tomatoes, lettuce and shredded cheese. Serve immediately
