Ingredients

    1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream
    12 oz Jimmy dean premium bulk sausage
    .5 cup, chopped Onions
    0.5 cup Fire Roasted Red Peppers
    3 cup, chopped Kale
    4 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
    2 tbsp Butter, salted
    1 can Rotel Diced Tomotoes with Lime Juice and Cilantro

Tips

If you aren't Gluten free you can also add Gnocchi when you add the kale and the soup is ready as soon as the gnocchi floats.


Directions

Brown Sausage & Onion. Once browned, drain. Chop up and add roasted red peppers, rotel & chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Once boiling add chopped kale and let it wilt. When ready to serve add butter, salt & pepper to taste, and heavy whipping cream. Don't over cook once cream is added.
