    3.5 cup Black Beans, Hanover (by CHANGE4FIT)
    3.4 cup Hanover Garbanzo Beans (by ESAMPLES)
    2 serving cucumber peeled, raw 1/2 cucumber
    3.5 cup Canned Corn, Green Giant Whole Kernel Sweet (by AIMEEM77)
    10 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato
    2 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry
    14 tbsp Dressing, Kraft Signature Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian

Tips

Cook the quinoa on using the rice setting on your Instant Pot to make this even easier!


Directions

Cook quinoa according to package directions. Drain all canned items and rinse in cool water. Peel and cut cucumber into bite-sized pieces. Cut cherry tomato into halves or quarters. Mix veggies with warm quinoa and half bottle of Kraft dressing (or other similar dressing). Refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Serve cold.
