Ingredients

    1.5 1tsp Sesame Oil
    0.15 package (10 oz) Onions, frozen, whole
    4.0 tbsp Soy Sauce
    2.0 tsp Splenda
    6.0 oz Beef, ground, 80% lean meat / 20% fat, patty, cooked, broiled [hamburger, ground round]
    0.25 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    1.25 cup green giant cauliflower rice
    0.5 tsp season salt
    0.5 tsp season pepper
    0.25 tsp Garlic

Directions

Cook cauliflower rice in microwave according to package directions. Brown hamburger, onions, and bell peppers with some season salt, seasoned pepper, and garlic. When it's browned add in 2 Tbsp of soy sauce and 1/2 tsp splenda. Cook down for a minute then drain on paper towels. Wipe out pan then set back on heat and add in sesame oil. Open cauli rice, put a paper towel in and flip over to drain moisture. Add rice to oil when it's hot. Stir then add in the other 2 Tbsp soy sauce and the other 1/2 tsp of splenda. Stir for a minute or two then add in hamburger mix and some salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Serving Size: 1 cup
