Ingredients

    4 cup Squash - Yellow and Zucchini
    1 cup, chopped Cabbage, red, fresh
    1.5 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh
    2 tbsp Newmans Own Light Balsamic Vinegrette (by JENNIB1210)

Tips

This is inspired by a book I read. I just shortened the time needed by adding pre-made dressing.


Directions

Chop everything together in a large bowl. Make sure it is mixed thoroughly. Add the vinegrette, and mix in. Cover and refrigerate.
