    1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
    0.33 cup Pumpkin Seeds (whole seeds, roasted)
    4 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill)
    1 serving Chocolate Dark Lindt 90% cocoa 1sq/serv=55 cal (10gm), by square

Directions

mix nut butter, coconut oil and vanilla together. microwave in 30 second burst and stir to make a smooth mixture. add swerve and microwave 39 seconds. Mix. add dry ingredients. pour into loaf pan or 8x8 pan. top with 1 tbs sliced almonds. add dark chocolate and 1 tsp coconut oil and melt in microwave. stir until smooth. drizzle over bars. put in fridge to harden. cut into 8 bars. next time use 1/4 swerve, very sweet
