Ingredients

    1 tsp Thyme, ground
    0.50 cup, diced Celery, raw
    4 clove Garlic
    1 6.5 oz can Minced Clams
    2 seafood sausage links (optional)
    4 cup Fish broth
    4 oz Codfish
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 tbspn smoked paprika
    2 tbsp unsalted butter
    1 cup heavy cream
    2 broccoli stems, chopped
    2 tbsp dry sherry
    .25 cup Cream Cheese
    4 oz jumbo shrimp , chopped

Tips

This recipe does not use flour as I wanted to keep it as low-carb as possible. Use whatever seafood strikes your fancy


Directions

Heat heavy bottom soup pot. Add butter and when melted add onions, and celery. Cook until onions are translucent. Add broccoli, garlic and thyme. Cook until you can smell the garlic. Add sausage and cook for 5 minutes. Add clams, with juice and the fish broth. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add codfish. Cook for 5 minutes. Add shrimp and dry sherry if using, cook for 5 minutes. Add heavy cream,cream cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Cook until creamy consistency.

Serving Size: makes about 6-8 servings
