Ingredients

    4 tbsp Pepper, black
    8medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw
    40 Jalapeno Peppers
    1/4 cup Worchestire Sauce
    8 oz corned beef
    Wright Thick Cut Bacon (20 slices
    16 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese

Directions

Cut peppers lengthwise and remove seeds. Set aside. Cut bacon in half.
Dice scallions and corned beef. Combine softened cream cheese with scallions, black pepper, worchestire sauce and corned beef. Fill peppers with mixture and wrap with half a slice of bacon, using toothpick to hold in place. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes then broil to desired brownness.
