Introduction

Whip the 2 cups HWC until light and fluffy Add 1/4 c of stevia, gently fold into HWC, in a separate container beat the softened 4 oz of cream cheese until smooth( may need to add a tbls if HWC so it with be smooth. Add all the remaining ingredients into the cream cheese mixture then fold into the heavy whipping cream . Store in a closed container in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes to chill. Then enjoy, it is delicious. Ingredients

    2 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream
    0.75 cup, halves Pecans
    1 cup, halves Strawberries, fresh
    8 serving Stevia - Pure Via All Natural Zero Calorie Sweetener
    2 tsp Lime Juice - ReaLime 100% Lime Juice
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    4 oz Cream Cheese

Directions

Mix HWC until fluffy, fold in stevia, mix cream cheese in separate container until creamy(may need to add some HWC just to smooth texture). After cream cheese is a smooth texture add the remaining ingredients gently fold this mixture into your whipped cream. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes to chill.
