Ingredients

    10 oz leftover Turkey, Honeysuckle White, All Natural, Lean Turkey Breast Cutlets, Boneless, Skinless
    0.5 cup Peas, frozen
    0.5 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
    1 cup Green Beans (snap)
    .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    3 oz Fairlife - 2% Milk (Ultra Filtered)
    1 cup Soup, chicken broth, canned, less/reduced sodium
    1 tbsp Argo 100% Pure Corn Starch
    1.25 cup Mashed Potatoes
    .5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw

Tips

These are large portions, could make four smaller portions to fit a smaller calorie range.


Directions

In broiler safe skillet saute onion til soft, add carrots and half the broth and simmer for 10 minutes. Add remaining vegetables and simmer 5 minutes. Add turkey and simmer until bubbling. Mix corn starch and remaining broth and add to pan, cook until thickened. Drop mounds of potato on top and broil until golden.
