A family favorite around my house is Hamburger Vegetable Soup. It has enough meat to keep the family happy and lots of vegetables (carrots, corn, green beans, peas, and celery). Ingredients

    16 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck
    2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    6 cube (6 fl oz prepared) Beef bouillon
    4 cup Great Value Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice)
    1 small Onions, raw
    .5 cup, diced Celery, raw
    1 clove Garlic
    1 tsp Oregano, ground
    .125 tsp Pepper, black
    1 package (10 oz) Mixed Vegetables, frozen

Directions

Dissolve bouillon in water. Add all ingredients to slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 5 hours.
