    2.0 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato
    1.0 unit, yield from 1 lb raw Ground Turkey
    2.0 tbsp Olive Oil
    1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    1.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    1.5 cup Great Value Deluxe Stir Fry Frozen Vegetable mix
    1.0 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil
    1.0 tsp Thyme, ground
    1.0 tsp Sage, ground
    1.0 tsp Oregano, ground
    0.5 tsp Salt
    1.0 tsp Pepper, black

Directions

Brown turkey, saute onions and mushroom, boil sweet potato and mash with coconut oil, cook frozen vegetables, layer in skillet, and bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350F
