Ingredients

    1 pound Chicken - Extra Lean Ground chicken
    1.5 cup 365 Organic Quinoa
    2 cup Beans - Bush's Black Beans Reduced Sodium
    1 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
    2 cup Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomato
    2 clove Garlic
    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    2 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
    1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    2 cup La Victoria Enchilada Sauce
    2 tbsp Chili powder
    1 tbsp Cumin seed
    2 tsp Coriander seed
    1 cup Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend

Directions

Put everything in the crockpot expect the cheese cook on high for three hours. Then mix in half of the cheese. Serving Size: 8oz
